33 Degrees East WoodWorking was started in March of 2006 by my brother and myself, who really enjoyed the art and serenity of woodworking. Our woodshop is still not completely finished, just details and extra tools here and there, but was fully functional by May of 2007. We also have had a lot of help from family, but especially our parents and our signifigant others, who have supported us in many ways during this endeavor.

The woodshop itself is 28x40 giving us 1120 square feet of workspace, plenty of room for wood and tools. We carry eight different types of wood: Red Oak, White Oak, Cherry, Walnut, Sassafrass, Mahogony, Poplar, and Pine. We can also order exotic wood, such as Blood Wood or Purple Heart, but it will cost slightly more because those types of wood are hard to find and deliver. Our tools range from small ones like the scroll saw, miter saw, drills, chisels, and carving tools to big ones such as the table saw, planer, band saw, lathe, and the dust collection system.
